Sunday was time for The All Ford club of WA to host there annual cruise for a cause on the 12th of January 2014 , meeting at Munchies this time due to parking issues last meet , we got there just before the planned time. the club plans this run for all makes and models (not just fords) and raises funds for a charity of there choice.
Numbers were down this time as opposed to last year’s event attracting over 200 cars , this year about 40 odd made the commitment in the very hot conditions, at events start it was 42 degrees. The heat turned a lot of people off with older cars but none the less the event was awesome and we enjoyed the whole day, 90% of the time we were in aircon anyway either in our car or at the end meet at the pickering brook sports club.
A hot lunch and a full bar was on offer aswell as raffle tickets with heaps of prizes!
A tad over $500 was raised for the starlight foundation on the day .
