well after being so slack (cough) and not getting to the Ace ford 19th annual cruise ( luckily Bruce got there for us , thanks Bruce! ) , Sir Dodgee was entered into the cranksters pipeline picnic on Sunday , and since he was coming straight past our joint , he picked me up! Woo!
so we arrived to the carpark around 8:30ish and did a walk around with the camera and shot some statics in the carpark of the cars that were already there then sat back and watched the later mob roll in afterwards, Dodgee decided he wanted to do some panning shots so we headed off before everyone else and sat at the servo on welshpool road and grabbed some pans (sorry to the people who thought we were cop’s lol, we are addressing this issue!)
We then headed off after the last group went past (they came past in lots of 20 making it easier on traffic and us!) and followed them through the hills of Kalamunda head to Mundaring Hotel where the show and shine started.
After a brief walk around, camera and photo discussion with John Harney and a few snaps, we grabbed ourselves some alca-ma-hole and joined some of dodgees mates under a big old tree and listened in on the live band performing out the back of the hotel
