1. General Conditions
By entering or attending this event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person at their discretion.
All participants must follow directions from event staff and comply with all applicable laws.
2. Vehicle Entry
Vehicles must be registered for the event and display the appropriate entry sticker or pass.
All vehicles must be safe, roadworthy, and insured.
Engines must remain off while parked in the display area, unless directed by event staff.
No reckless driving, excessive revving, burnouts, or unsafe behaviour will be tolerated.
3. Liability & Indemnity
All vehicles are displayed and attended at the ownerβs risk.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, theft, loss, or injury to any person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By participating, entrants and attendees release and indemnify the Organiser, its staff, and volunteers from all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the event.
4. Insurance
Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining their own comprehensive insurance and/or public liability coverage.
Proof of insurance may be requested at the Organiserβs discretion.
5. Personal Safety
Children must be supervised at all times.
Attendees enter and remain on site at their own risk.
The Organiser is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss arising from attendance.
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control.
No refunds will be provided unless required by law.
7. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for such images to be used by the Organiser for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Code of Conduct
All attendees must act respectfully towards others. Abusive, threatening, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas (if applicable).
Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
